Entre Maguey Tobalá Mezcal (375ml) is a premium, highly allocated artisanal mezcal crafted from wild Agave potatorum (Tobalá) in San Lorenzo Jilotepequillo, Oaxaca, Mexico. Because the Tobalá agave grows wildly at high altitudes, takes 12 to 15 years to mature, and is incredibly small, its yield is exceptionally limited. This expression is unaged (Joven), traditionally double-distilled in copper alembic stills, and usually bottled at 45% ABV.
