Clase Azul Mezcal San Luis Potosí is a luxury, ultra-premium Joven (unaged) mezcal crafted in the high-desert region of San Luis Potosí, Mexico. Unlike traditional tequilas or standard mezcals, it is produced using 100% wild Agave salmiana (commonly known as "green agave"), which thrives at an elevation of 6,500 feet in Estación Ipiña. It is bottled at 43% ABV (86 proof).
